Father and son Butch and Brandon Jewell have been identified as the victims of a shooting at their home in Middle River, Md., on Wednesday, reports CBS.
One of them was in a wheelchair. They were targeted, said police.
Family friend Steven Street told CBS that Brandon, in his late twenties, was in a wheelchair.
“It’s breaking my heart that something like this happened to him,” Street said.
