PARIS—France’s biggest telecoms group Orange said it would buy insurer Groupama’s 21.7 percent stake in Orange Bank, its online banking unit, and also provide the bank with a 230 million euros ($266.4 million) capital increase.
“To strengthen the development of Orange Bank, Orange is continuing to invest in its bank”, Orange said in a statement.
