As part of a turnaround plan announced in October 2025, Stellantis, the parent company of Ram trucks, said on Jan. 2 that it would reintroduce the Ram TRX eight-cylinder pickup truck beginning in 2026.

The half-ton truck capable of delivering an industry-leading 777 horsepower is the first off-road pickup from Ram’s relaunched Street and Racing Technology (SRT) performance division and the first SRT-badged truck to hit the market in 20 years, Stellantis said. The vehicle has a starting price of just under $100,000 and is expected to arrive in mid-2026, Stellantis said.
