New York Auto Show Canceled Amid Delta Variant Worries

WASHINGTONOrganizers on Wednesday canceled the New York Auto Show that had been set for later this month amid rising COVID-19 cases caused by the more infectious Delta variant of the coronavirus.

The 10-day public show and press previews that had been set to start Aug. 19 typically draw thousands of journalists from around the world and more than 1 million ticket buyers.
