As renters seek more comfort and increased space, demand for build-to-rent single-family homes is rising in the United States.

According to a recent report by single-family rental database Point2, over the past 10 years, the demand for build-to-rent homes has skyrocketed from just a little more than 4,000 in 2014 to almost 27,500 at the end of 2023.
