The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has raised its 2025 global growth forecast, saying the global economy has been more resilient to higher U.S. tariffs than expected, but warned that persistent trade uncertainty “could weigh on the outlook.”
The 2025 World Economic Outlook report, released on Oct. 14, noted the new trade deals between the United States and several major economies.
