The season finale date and title for Bones Season 9 is out.

The finale of a 24-episode season is entitled “Recluse in the Recliner,” according to TV Line, and will air Monday, May 12.

Here is what will happen in Episode 18 and 19.

Episode 18 — “The Carrot in the Kudzu”

A children’s TV show actor is found dead, and the Jeffersonian team goes behind the scenes to uncover who murdered everyone’s favorite character, “Carrot Bill.”

But when the team discovers that the actor was known for his promiscuity, they start to uncover some unlikely suspects.

Meanwhile, Booth and Brennan plan Christine’s first birthday party, and Clark asks the team for their opinions on a fictional novel he’s completed.

According to executive producer Stephen Nathan, Parker is in England and can’t attend Christine’s birthday party.

“...Booth is trying to work on Christine’s birthday with Brennan, and we find out that Brennan has never had a birthday party herself when she was a kid. Max never threw her a party. So we see Max and Brennan working stuff out and bringing it to the party,” said Nathan.

Episode 19 — “The Turn In The Urn”

The Jeffersonian team is going to investigate the remains of three people in one urn.

When Todd, a wealthy artifact collector, walks into his own funeral, the Jeffersonian team will have to find out to whom the cremated remains at the funeral belong.

The investigation will get complicated when the team determines that there are three sets of remains in the urn.

Meanwhile, Finn will enjoy his newfound wealth from his hot sauce venture with Hodgins, but will be heartbroken when Michelle has devastating news for him.
