The latest set photos and videos from the Batman vs Superman filming in Detroit may show the Wayne mansion.

The filming recently shifted to the Brush Park neighborhood, with film crews and locals especially focusing on one big house, which many have been speculating is the new Wayne mansion.

As proof, some cited a trailer with “Alfred” on it near the mansion.

Batman News blog also noted that Bruce Wayne is rumored to be living in a modern-looking cottage by a lake that’s on the mansion’s property in the upcoming film.

“The Batcave is said to be housed underneath the cottage. So if Wayne hasn’t been back to Wayne Manor in quite some time, it’d make sense for it to look a little weary,” it said. “You can even spot a boat in front of the mansion.”

There has also been at least one Gotham City Police Department vehicle near the house, with one video showing the car speeding up and coming to a screeching halt in front of it.

Filming is set to continue in Michigan for another week or two but will soon shift to Chicago, Illinois, and Lansing, Michigan.

Filming is also slated for the childhood home of Superman in Illinois in November, Reel Chicago reported previously.

“After six months of filming in the Detroit area, Batman vs. Superman is tentatively scheduled to film in Illinois for one to two weeks,” it said.

“The Yorkville location is the farmhouse where Superman grew up and the producers need to film winter scenes there.”
