Buying a smoker is tough if you’re not going to use it enough, but fortunately there’s a great way to make your own.
The main things you need are two clay flower planters and a grilling grate.
For this particular set-up, you'll also need a BBQ gasket, U-Bolt (with nuts & washers), 4 wine corks, interlocking stone or brick, another grate to hold hot charcoal, tinfoil, a temperature gauge, charcoal, and smoking chips for flavor.
