Looting has apparently begun in Florida amid Hurricane Irma, according to a report and video footage from ABC affiliate WPLG.
The looters were caught on camera breaking into shoe stores in Fort Lauderdale Sunday, Sept. 10 despite dangerous winds and storm surge from Irma, a Category 4 hurricane.
