President Donald Trump said in a tweet that he hopes to see Democrats and Republicans at the negotiating table now that the government shutdown has ended.

Hours earlier, Democrats in the Senate decided to end a three-day government shutdown by agreeing to a deal with the Republican leadership to keep the government funded through to Feb. 8.
