Updated:

Respawn Entertainment has finally confirmed the release date for the first Titanfall DLC for Xbox One and PC.

Titanfall: Expedition DLC will be available for sale on May 15 at the price of $10. Purchasers of the Titanfall Season Pass, which is available for Xbox One and PC from May 11 and Xbox 360 from May 25, will get Expedition and the other two planned DLCs for a special price ($25).

The Xbox 360 version, which is produced by game developer Bluepoint, will be out some time in June.

According to EA, “This timing difference is due to the same reasons that more time was needed to finish Titanfall for the Xbox 360. Respawn must first finish their additions and improvements for the Xbox One and PC, and afterwards Bluepoint can then grab the latest and update the Xbox 360 version.”

EA are currently working with both Respawn and Bluepoint to “streamline the process and close the gap, allowing Xbox 360 updates to be published as closely as possible to Respawn’s updates.”

The Expedition DLC features three new maps, Swampland, Runoff, and Wargames.

Swampland’s tall trees provide unique angles of attack and movement for both Pilots and Titans to use to their advantage.

Runoff has an industrial setting, and features long lines of sight and three levels that play out differently depending on the chosen game mode’s objectives.

Wargames is a “parkour playground,” with confined spaces and long wall running paths for players to adroitly utilize for victory.
