Just ahead of the Paris climate talks in 2015, a groundbreaking paper was published by the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). It provided major support for the theory that carbon emissions are causing climate change, dispelling some previous doubts in the scientific community that this is the case.
