Kansas City is bracing itself for its second winter storm in one week. A winter storm warning is in effect for the city.

Josh Kellerman, lieutenant with the Kansas Highway Patrol said at 10:50 a.m. local time on Feb. 26 that it is still pretty windy—especially in the southern region. 
Kellerman patrolled the roads during the blizzard. 

He said that the streets are very quiet.
