Former Obama administration cabinet secretary Julian Castro is pleading for donations to his campaign again, saying if he doesn’t get $800,000 in just 10 days he'll drop out of the 2020 campaign.

Castro’s campaign previously told supporters he would end his presidential bid if he didn’t make the November debate.
