U.S. Senator John McCain was playing poker during a portion of a senate hearing on Syria on September 3.
His actions were spotted by Melina Mara, a Washington Post reporter who was apparently sitting behind him during he hearing. She snapped a photo of the senator’s phone screen, which is blurred but still clear enough to show a poker game on the screen.
Shortly afterward, McCain tweeted about him being caught.
“Scandal! Caught playing iPhone game at 3+ hour Senate hearing - worst of all I lost!”
