A preliminary investigation turned up no skid or brake marks where the SUV went over the edge.

An investigation is currently underway to determine why a 40-year-old woman from Boise, Idaho, drove her SUV off a high-bridge, plunging 70 feet below into water, during the morning hours on June 2.

Shortly after 7 a.m., Ada County Sheriff’s deputies received the call from a witness who reportedly saw the vehicle drive off the Idaho 21 long bridge.
