Republican National Committee (RNC) chair Ronna McDaniel said on Monday that the party “will not be holding a virtual convention” in the lead up to the 2020 presidential election.

The Republican National Convention scheduled for Aug. 24-27 in Charlotte, North Carolina, will be carried out at least partly in-person, she said.
