George Zimmerman, in a new interview, has said the parents of Trayvon Martin---the teen he shot in 2012---did not “raise their son right.”

Zimmerman, 32, also called the Black Lives Matter movement a “fraudulent, violent campaign” in the interview with The Daily Beast, published Tuesday.

The former neighborhood watch volunteer from Florida shot and killed Martin, 17, on February 2012 and was acquitted of second-degree murder in 2013.

“They didn’t raise their son right. He attacked a complete stranger and attempted to kill him,” Zimmerman said of Martin and his parents.
