Former national security adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn would like to get it over with and receive his sentence for lying to investigators, but federal prosecutors continue to delay the process.

Flynn struck a plea deal in November and is expected to get zero to six months in prison. But the prosecutors of special counsel Robert Mueller have repeatedly asked the judge to delay the sentencing “due to the status of the Special Counsel’s investigation.”
