Bernie Sanders Declares Victory in Iowa After Buttigieg Does So

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) declared victory in Iowa following the state Democratic Party’s botched release of the caucus results.

His declaration came after Pete Buttigieg, the former mayor of South Bend, Ind., similarly told supporters that he won Iowa before moving onto New Hampshire’s primary.
