Ben & Jerry’s Co-Founders, Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, Arrested Outside US Capitol
Capitol Police said the arrested protesters faced charges of obstructing, crowding and unlawful demonstration; booking them and releasing them instantly.

Along with roughly 300 others, Ben & Jerry’s co-owners Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield were arrested at the U.S. Capitol while participating in protests centered around political funding.
They were arrested on April 18 during a ‘Democracy Awakening’ demonstration.
