Allen Edwards and Christopher Cruz turned themselves into police on Tuesday as two of the bikers who attacked an SUV over the weekend.

Cruz was the man who slowed down in front of the SUV initially, blocking its path on the Henry Hudson Parkway.

Cruz, 23, suffered back injuries and was charged with reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, and menacing.

Later in the day, Allen Edwards  of Jamaica, Queens turned himself in. Edwards is the man who pounded the SUV with his hands as another biker smashes the SUV’s driver side window with his helmet.

However, the Manhattan district attorney’s office says it decided not to prosecute Edwards.

The situation in question happened on Sunday, when 33 year-old Alexian Lien, 33, was driving in Manhattan with his wife and small child.

He was surrounded by bikers on the parkway and sped through them, hitting a biker.

Later, a group of bikers caught up with him and beat him.

The video of the incident can be viewed below (WARNING; somewhat disturbing footage):
