Alien Figure Spotted on Moon via NASA Imaging? (+Video)

Is this shadowy figure on the surface of the moon captured by NASA cameras an image of an extraterrestrial as some believe? NASA imaging also showed an L-shaped object in January that some said could be an alien structure.
