NEW YORK—The Affordable Art Fair opened at the 7W New York gallery in Midtown on Thursday and will continue until Oct. 3.
As the name suggests, the fair caters to a variety of art collectors, not just the wealthy. Beginner and veteran collectors alike can spend anywhere from $100 to $10,000 on work by emerging talent and well-known artists.
Workshops on collecting, hanging, and framing art, as well as an open artist studio where the public can watch the creation process in action, will also be included in the fair.
