America First Legal (AFL) is pursuing a lawsuit to stop critical race theory (CRT) training in the federal government, according to Stephen Miller, a White House adviser during the Trump administration.
“We’re also looking for plaintiffs—if we can find them—who are willing to stand up and file suit on critical race theory,” he said during an interview with Fox News.
