Malcolm Crowell, 22, has been arrested in connection with the disappearance of 2-year-old Isaih Perez in Johnston, R.I.

The child is still missing, reports CBS Boston. He disappeared from home, 3 Oaktree Drive, at 5:20 a.m. on Sunday. CBS reports that authorities have said Crowell had a link to the boy, but they would not say exactly what link. At the house, two people were found dead, reports WPRI-TV. It is unclear as of yet what relationship the boy had to the two homicide victims.

An amber alert has been issued for the boy, who is described as Hispanic.
