Amber Alert: Elizabeth Romero Abducted by Edwardo Rosales in Washington

Elizabeth Romero was abducted by Edwardo Fabian Flores Rosales in Kennewick, Washington, prompting an Amber Alert to be issued for both Washington and California.

Romero, 14, was seen getting into a green Ford Escape on December 4, her family said. They believe that Rosales abducted her and is en route to Mexico.

The Kennewick Police Department is investigating the situation as a kidnapping.

Romero is described as  Hispanic girl with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing 130 pounds and standing 5'3". She was last seen wearing a white top, dark pants, backpack, and pink purse.

Rosales, 19, is a Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes, weighing 225 pounds and standing 5'9".

His vehicle has a temporary license plate.
