Adam Lind, the father of Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska’s daughter, was released from jail on Tuesday, according to a report.

Lind, 23, was released from Minnehaha County Jail in South Dakota on bail, a spokesperson for the facility told RadarOnline.com.

“He was bailed out last night,” a friend told the site. His bond was $3,000.

He’s also due in court on Dec. 9 for a conference related to his domestic stalking charge. “He is ordered to be on good behavior and not to contact the victim,” a spokesperson also said.

According to reports this week, Lind was jailed Nov. 30 in relation to his messy breakup with girlfriend Brook Beaton. She filed a restraining order against him, claiming he grabbed her arms and pushed her.

“Adam has been violent often in the past few months,” Beaton said in court documents. “Adam has threatened to kill my family and is also contacting my family on Facebook and also via phone/text. There were multiple times he threatened me.”

According to a report from Reality Tea, a source said Lind “dumped Brooke and made her move out of his house because he caught her drinking and doing drugs.”

“He is trying to stay on the right path, and does not want people who party in his life. Brooke was so furious, she called the police and made untrue accusations against him,” the person said.

Over the weekend, Lind also posted photos of his car’s slashed tires on Facebook. He captioned that “it was Brooke Beaton,” adding she’s “stupid” and “addicted to cocaine and alcohol.”
