Adam Kramer stepped into a San Antonio restaurant armed with a sword and demanded that he be served free tacos.
Kramer, 28, ordered six tacos initially, a waitress said. But when he was told he had to pay, he took out a six-inch sheath on his waist, the arrest warrant affidavit said.
Kramer at one point walked outside when the telephone rang, prompting the waitress to lock the doors of the Mexican restaurant.
Kramer then yelled that if he didn’t get the free tacos, “someone would die,” reported KSAT.
Though he finally left, he was arrested the next day.
