Orange International Street Fair

This beloved annual event celebrates the culture, local food, and diversity found within Orange County. Throughout Old Town Orange, there will be vendor and community organization booths, live music performances spread over eight different stages, exciting crafts and games for kids to enjoy, and 42 booths with be selling ethnic foods and alcohol. Booths are run by local non-profits whose proceeds go toward the community.

Concerts on the Cliff

Four local bands are performing at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott in Dana Point this weekend with a spectacular view of the surrounding greenery flowing down into the beach and widespread ocean. The opening entertainment is DJ Ever Ed and Rachel Perry, followed by headlines The Adam Lasher Band, Pilot Touhill, and Burrito the Band.

Civil War Reenactment

The Huntington Beach Historical Society is hosting the annual reenactment of the Civil War Days in Huntington Beach Central Park. Facilitated by hundreds of volunteers, the reenactment displays vivid recreations of Civil War events allowing residents to experience the past of our country during a crucial turn in American history.

Tchaikovsky Spectacular

The Pacific Symphony will be performing Tchaikovsky’s 1812 overture with a thrilling fireworks display at the FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine. Tchaikovsky is a famous romantic composer whose music is renowned throughout the world. Daniel Hsu, Bronze Medalist of the 2017 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition will be performing Tchaikovsky’s First Piano Overture. There will be gourmet food trucks available for picnicking in front of the performance at tables or in grandstand panoramic seating.

The nighttime event begins at 5:30 p.m. with live music from local artists and DJs spread throughout the park. Library Crafts Day for Kids

There will be a great opportunity for kids to enjoy themed craft time at the University Park Library in Irvine. There will be themed crafts, no sign up is required and the public is welcome during all house of the event. This generous opportunity for children is presented by Assisteens of Irvine—a non-profit group in Irvine that offers young adults the chance to give back to their community.
