He has since taken the video down.

His stepfather, Andrew Kramer, told Local 12 News: “You come up and you start talking to some kid that you know nothing about, that’s not fair. That’s a slap in the face. Here’s a guy who people look up to, and he’s going to act like that?”

Ferrell’s mother Amanda added, “Personally, I think the guy was mad. Andrew didn’t know who he was right away, and he ignored him and he did his job and went about his business. I think he was mad and offended because somebody wasn’t flocking to him.”

For his part, Andrew said that he’s a “hard worker” and he doesn’t “do drugs”

Now, his family wants an apology.

He has yet to make a public comment about the video.
