Leather is prominently found. The steering wheel is leather wrapped as is the shift knob. Features that are usually reserved for more expensive vehicles, like power windows with auto up/down for all, are standard in Outback.

I would have preferred a better positioning of side mirror controls and more room to handle the window controls. Gauges and lettering for gas tank, clock, etc. also need to be larger to improve readability.

The DOHC 4-cylinder 2.5-liter Boxer engine provides 182 max horsepower at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 176 lb.-ft. at 4,400 rpm. A Lineartronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) regulates the engine power.

The stylish Outback, built on the Subaru Global Platform, has an 108.1-inch wheelbase and 191.3-inch overall length. It rests on 18-inch alloy wheels, black with machine finish.

Subaru X-Mode is a software system that optimizes the engine and Symetric AWD system for better traction on slippery surfaces. The new dual-function X-Mode adds snow, dirt, and mud handling to the standard X-Mode system.

The Subaru Outback has the best resale value in class for 2019 according to Kelly Blue Book.
