Dwayne Johnson Sells Estate to Businessman for $5 Million

Professional wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson has sold his estate in Hidden Hills for just below his asking price of $5 million to a businessman, celebrity website TMZ reported on Wednesday. The property is in escrow and scheduled to close soon.

Located 22 miles from Hollywood, the 9.120-square-foot house has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an infinity pool, and a home theater. One room that stands out is a frilly pink and mint bedroom, which belongs to Simone, Dawyne’s only daughter. The property does not include a wrestling ring.

Johnson has purchased a palatial mansion in Southwest Ranches, Fla. as his new home.

Johnson, 40, was married to Dany Garcia, the mother of Simone, for 10 years before they split in 2007 on amicable terms.
