Swedish YouTuber PewDiePie is settling down after marrying his long-term girlfriend at a fairytale wedding in the United Kingdom on August 19.

PewDiePie, also known as Felix Kjellberg, married Marzia Bisognin at a lovely ceremony held at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew, west London.

The avid social media user posted a selection of photos at the altar, walking down the aisle, and making a peace symbol.

“We are married,” PewDiePie said on Instagram. “I’m the happiest I can be, I’m so lucky to share my life with this amazing woman.”

For Bisognin, the occasion also marked the eighth anniversary of the couple’s very first encounter back in 2011.

“After exactly eight years since we met we celebrated our wedding with our closest friends and family,” she said on Instagram.

She described the ceremony and events as “most beautiful” and said she felt very fortunate to be wed.

“I feel like I’m the luckiest person and I’m so full of love,” Bisognin said. “Incredibly ecstatic to be able to call Felix my husband for the rest of our lives.”

Bisognin thanked everybody who shared their joy in celebrating the beginning of the couple’s marriage.

“I am so thankful for all the people that made time to attend,” she said.

Those who attended revealed what it was like to attend PewDiePie’s big day, with some saying it was a very private celebration with just a “select handful of people,” according to the Daily Mail.

“The guests used the Elizabeth Gate, the same entrance as customers,“ an anonymous source said. ”There didn’t appear to be much security put in place, just a few members of staff surrounding the venue with the wedding in clear view of visitors.”

PewDiePie and his bride spent some time on their own inside the Nash Conservatory by the Elizabeth Gate as guests waited outside, the source added.

PewDiePie has more than 99.6 million subscribers according to his YouTube channel where he states “I make videos.”
