The Night of Champions is the next WWE pay-per-view and no matches have been confirmed yet besides Brock Lesnar vs John Cena, although rumors are flying about potential other ones.
Every WWE title has to be on the line at the event, making it easier to predict who will fight.
Paige will have to defend the Divas Championship, and will likely face a rematch from AJ Lee, who lost to Paige at the recent SummerSlam.
Other speculation is about who The Usos will face while defending the tag team title. GiveMeSport notes that THe Usos could face Stardust and Goldust, or the WWE may decide to spice the action up more and ould make another fatal four way with Curtis Axel and Ryback as well as Luke Harper and Erik Rowan joining the fun.
Cageside Seats also notes that there are rumors about Chris Jericho taking on Bray Wyatt again, and Sheamus taking on Cesaro.
“They’ve been teasing this as the direction starting at the WWE 2K15 panel at SummerSlam,” it noted in regards to the latter.
A rumored participant at Night of Champions, which will take place on September 21, is Dean Ambrose. He’s currently filming the WWE Studios movie “Lockdown,” but filming is expected to wrap up by September 20, reported Wrestlezone.
The blog says that Ambrose may make an appearance at Night of Champions, though perhaps not in an actual match.
