Mr. Zhang: “Now Hubei residents and Wuhan residents need to quarantine first if they go to other cities to work. Quarantine for 14 days and then take a nucleic acid test. The costs of isolation and the test are paid by the person. But now, who has the money to pay the quarantine fee?”
