Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on March 25 that the United States had proposed a new “full-scale agreement” on critical minerals that goes further than the previous framework, according to Ukraine’s state-owned news agency, Ukrinform.
Negotiators from the United States, Russia, and Ukraine have been engaged in talks in Saudi Arabia this week, as Washington seeks to broker a peace deal between the two nations.
