Ukrainian and U.S. officials have agreed to meet in the near future as the United States recently moved to pause military aid and intelligence sharing with the country, a top Kyiv official said.

Andriy Yermak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said in a statement on X that after speaking with Trump national security adviser Mike Waltz on Wednesday, “we discussed the next steps towards a just and lasting peace.”
