A teenager is dead in an allegedly stolen car after a 100 kilometre police pursuit that has triggered renewed calls for harsher laws to stem youth crime.
Three other teens were injured after police deployed tyre spikes to stop the vehicle in the outback New South Wales (NSW) town of Bourke.
