Woman ‘Murdered’ in Country Home by Ex-love Interest

A detective inspector described the killing as ‘brutal’ and said it had left the woman’s family devastated.

A woman is dead after a “brutal” murder, allegedly at the hands of her former partner.

The body of the 28-year-old was found in a home in Forbes, New South Wales (NSW), shortly after concerns for welfare were raised with police in the state’s central west about 2am on Monday, April 22.
