Video: NTD, Epoch Times Reporters Recount Russian Missile Strikes at Ukraine Military Base

Russian missiles slammed into a Ukrainian military facility four miles from the village of Koty, Ukraine, on Sunday.

Thirty-five people died in the attack and 134 were injured, according to Yaroviv Gov. Maksym Kozytskyy.
