A Strela tank allegedly driven by Russian saboteurs swerved toward a moving sedan in Kyiv’s Obolon district and crushed it while a senior Ukrainian driver was still occupant, according to a video of the incident.
It appears the armored vehicle swerved lanes and ran over the black sedan, remaining stationed for a brief period before rolling back over the vehicle. Some reports claim the 9K35 Strela-10 was fleeing heavy fire and accidentally hit the civilian car.
