Victoria’s Premier Daniel Andrews has reinstated “stage 3 stay-at-home orders” for Metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire, affecting 4.9 million people in 30 local government areas.

The reinstated restrictions will stay in place for six weeks for fear of a “second wave” of COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, commonly known as novel coronavirus.
