Victoria will enter a five-day lockdown in an effort to contain the Holiday Inn CCP virus outbreak, which now totals 13 cases.
Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed the state will enter the lockdown at 11.59 pm on Friday in what he has called a circuit-breaker to stop a third wave of the pandemic in Victoria.
