Russia said on March 4 that Ukraine was responsible for sinking a liquified natural gas (LNG) tanker in the Mediterranean Sea.

The Arctic Metagaz sank between Libya and Malta after catching fire on March 3, Libya’s Ports and Maritime Transport Authority said in an advisory.
