Two More Toronto-Area Synagogues Hit by Gunfire

The Jewish community is calling for “urgent action” after two more synagogues in the Toronto area were targeted by gunfire overnight.

The Toronto Police said officers are investigating after reports of gunfire in the area of Bathurst Street and Glencairn Avenue in the early hours of March 7, finding bullet holes in the doors of the Shaarei Shomayim synagogue. Authorities said no injuries have been reported.
