Truck Driver in Broncos Crash Pleads Guilty

The driver of the transport truck that crashed into the Broncos junior hockey team plead guilty to all the charges against him in court on Jan. 8. It will take a few more days until the sentencing. In the meantime, officials are surveying the area of the crash to make the area less accident-prone, and setting up a new requirements for all transportation truck drivers.

MELFORT, Sask.—The driver of a transport truck involved in a deadly crash with the Humboldt Broncos junior hockey team’s bus has pleaded guilty to all charges against him.

Jaskirat Singh Sidhu appeared in a court in Melfort, Sask., on Jan. 8.
