A man inspired by ISIS has carried out a terrorist attack at a supermarket in Auckland on Friday afternoon, stabbing six people before being shot and killed by police.
“This was a violent attack. It was senseless, and I am so sorry it happened,” New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said.
