Sydney Man Held Over ‘Extremist Material’

Police have charged a Sydney man with terrorist organisation membership after he allegedly pledged allegiance in online posts to Islamic State and sourced explosive recipes.

The 24-year-old was taken into custody on Friday after search warrants were executed in Chester Hill and Sefton.
